Shirt ripped after half a day
Shirt ripped after half a day. Not even washed, just brand new. Bought it during sales so no return available.
Price is high, quality seems good although sleeves tear without you even noticing it.
Woeful value for money, and a sub standard offering.
My parents bought me 2 pairs of Farah trousers. They were twice the price of my usual brand. For this price I got; shallow pockets, items fall out all the time. One back pocket, usual brand two, very poor material, creases at the slightest touch. Woeful cut of design, they look like a tatty sack esp. around groin area. One button on the waistband, usual brand 2 clips/hooks plus a central button. At double the price of my normal brand you would expect something of a much higher higher standard. Farah trousers are not worth half the price of other brands that are far better quality yet, the less expensive brand actually, manage to offer excellent quality and value for money. Talk about living off past reputation. FARAH, STOP LETTING YOUR ACCOUNTANTS DESIGN YOUR RANGE.

Some issues with Quality, fit, and range of motion of jackets.
I
Didn't order directly from farah, i ordered from an online retailer,
I bought two cotton 'hardy-harrington' jackets, one in beige, other in navy.
While the length was alright, my main complaint is that the range of arm motion is TERRIBLE,from how the sleeves are sewn/attached.
VERY RESTRICTED MOVEMENT IN SLEEVES, when moving arms.
And bunches up exposing my bellybutton when i "reach-up",
I'm gonna have to see about getting them altered at extra cost, e.g getting armpit/underarm "gussets" added, to allow for better range of motion, which this jacket itself lacks,
Was hoping for farah to be better brand,
But anything from almost anywhere seems to disappoint me,
Ordering items directly Farah turned into a nightmare
Order items from Farah directly to Ireland. After waiting for almost 2 weeks the tracking number shows delivered to Ireland but the tracking link for local delivery is showing the item was already delivered in February. Almost 2 weeks after I made the order I still haven't got the item and I have contacted the Farah CS. It's the worst experience I have ever had. They just keep sending me the same tracking link even though I keep pointing out that the link is clearly incorrect(looks like they're just using a template reply). The only answer they give, is just continue to wait and they don't acknowledge that something is clearly wrong. In their last reply they again shared the same incorrect tracking link with the same template answer they have given 6 times before that, the only difference is that they now all the sudden are saying that the shipment is untracked. When I asked how it could be untracked after they shared the tracking link they stopped answering my e-mails.

I ordered a shirt and jumper in August
I ordered a shirt and jumper in August. Was being delivered by fastway and all the tracking from fastway said it had been delivered which it never was. Have emailed fastway 3 times, no response. Have emailed farah several times and have got 2 responses from Graham both saying he was going to escalate to head office and then I'm ignored after that. Worst dealings with a company I've ever come across will never spend a penny with them again. 4 months trying to get somewhere with 2 companies and being ignored by both.. absolute joke
Very very poor customer service.
Very very poor customer service.
Clothing material and looks are alright but encountered many issues which the customer service either didn’t respond or were unwilling to help.
In the end I lost £60 down to a warehouse error which they would not investigate.
I bought two pairs of Farah plimsoles…
I bought two pairs of Farah plimsoles from asos, both pairs down from 80£ to 20£ and within a couple of week each shoe had a crack going straight across the soles in exactly the same place. They were all in the bin the next few days. Total waste of money
Hand on heart the worst customer service experience ever
Hand on heart - probably THE worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to have had. Received my order after 3 weeks and both the bad and its contents had been damaged by a heat source. I was told to return the item and send a photograph of my return postage receipt for them to compensate me ...only to renege and tell me they won’t cover my €6.50 postage. I have received e-mails from Aimee, Gary, Isabella, Stephen, Ayisha, Graham, Adam, Andrew and Ruairidh - all with the same offer of a credit note for €6.50 and all refusing to provide me with a contact in the Perry Group so that I might raise a complaint - they do not seem to understand I want nothing to do with Farah ever again. Avoid like the plague.

Great quality goods with good pricing and delivery times
I have bought 2 items at different times from Farah and I must say the quality of goods and prices are decent. Shipping and delivery is good too despite this pandemic with more and more companies experiencing difficulties with shipping.
Great customer service
Despite long lead time to get my parcel shipped before Christmas, the handling of my complaint has been very professional. The customer service of Farah is truly excellent. They took responsibility for their mistakes and handled my requests professionally.

Great clothes, shocking lead times.
I love the quality and fit of the clothes, but the delivery times are ridiculous in this day and age. I’m in Ireland, I ordered two t shirts (they were in stock) on the 4th of January. The arrived today on the 28th of January. That’s well over 3 weeks.
Customer service claim that standard delivery can take 15 working days (that’s unacceptable anyway). When I pointed out that we had exceeded that time already, they said the order was dispatched on the 9th! So I ordered on the 4th and it took them 5 days to ship it??? Why??
So basically they’re trying to say that the clock starts ticking from when they dispatch, NOT from when you order.
They really need to get this in order. A shame because the clothes are great. If you’re ordering, assume it’ll take a month.

No extension for returns despite current covid crisis.
Highest numbers of people in hospitals due to Covid, 1 in 20 infected in London, but Farah haven’t made allowances to extend their returns timeframe. So having to go to post office at the height of the pandemic, def more than 20 people in the queue. Shame Farah couldn’t show more care to it’s customers and the public more generally speaking.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered an item almost 4 weeks before Christmas and still has not arrived (31 December). Customer service is terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.
Atrocious customer experience with no end in sight
Ordered couple of items on Black Friday, no sign of delivery after a couple of weeks. Contacted customer service and while courteous, they gave me generic answers and told me to wait despite me clearing telling them that the order was in trouble. Finally, 3 days before Xmas, after I pinged them for the 5th time, they inform me that the order won’t ship in time and have no clue on delivery dates. Atrocious customer experience with no end in sight..

Lovely watch. Poor customer service/management.
The watch ordered was lovely. A really nice design, and a great birthday gift from my partner. Unfortunately it arrived with a small blemish around the edge of the face. Of course a watch is going to get scuffs during its life but we didn't expect it to arrive with one. We mentioned the issue to Farah who asked if we would be happy to keep the watch if 20% of the cost was refunded. This sounded like a fair deal except it came with the caveat that no future refunds would be offered. Full-stop. This included if a manufactured defect occurred, i.e. not a fault caused by me. This seemed unreasonable, especially given the watch had arrived with a defect, albeit superficial.
We declined the offer based on the fact that we couldn't be confident on the quality of the build. It's a real shame that a good looking design was let down by poor customer management, which impacted our confidence in the company as a whole.
